Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Apex platform ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, accessing data you are not authorized to access, or using it for unlawful purposes.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Customer data

You retain all rights to data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from account settings.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
